Action Learning Programs

In addition to our customized indoor training programs, we offer action learning programs (outdoors and in) that engage people in problem-solving situations and discussions where they have a unique opportunity to see themselves and others from a new perspective, and, to practice the skills required of effective leaders and teams.

We will design a program specific to your needs, or, perhaps one of our six standard programs will fit the outcomes you are looking for:

Synergy - a four hour outdoor program guaranteed to bring the importance of team to the awareness of all who participate.

The Common Ground Adventure - a one day indoor or outdoor program that provides essential information about effective teamwork and the contributions required of members.

Leadership Challenge - a unique approach in learning to lead high performance work groups, offered in a choice of one, one and a half, or two day outdoor settings.  A 360 Degree Performance Feedback process is an optional component.

Building High Performance Work Teams - offered in your choice of a two day or four module program, with workplace application assignments between sessions.  Designed to help create or enhance the performance of intact work teams and cross functional teams in either an indoor or outdoor setting.  Completion of The Myers Briggs Type Indicator™ (personality preferences) is an option for pre-work.

Understanding Differences - This is a half day workshop that requires the pre-work of completing the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). In an informative and open environment, we will introduce team members to personality types.  Interactive exercises will be used as teambuilding tools to help participants appreciate and use different styles and preferences to be more productive in the workplace.

Where Are We Going and Why Do I Have to Get There? - Making Sense of Organizational Change.  This four hour, highly interactive indoor session is designed to help organization members take a new look at the process of organizational change and the challenge of each phase - for management, and, for employees.  In our workplace and our communities we are being asked to rise to the challenge of constant change; make sense out of chaos; thrive in an uncertain environment; support employees learning new skills; and, develop the leadership that will inspire courageous acts.  This session clearly shows that how we respond to these challenges will drive our success, and , potentially, our stumbling.
