Common Ground specializes in assisting groups that must cooperate in order to achieve goals. These may be intact work groups from the same organization (cross-functional, project-focused, new product, etc.), or groups that need to learn to work together more productively, but are not from the same organization, such as supplier/vendor relationships.
We use a four phase approach:
Gather information about clarity of vision, goals, roles, decision making, member contributions and communications.
Meet with members to jointly analyze data and identify desired outcomes of change.
Deliver an intervention to achieve results.
Follow-up to check on progress, support gains and make further changes as required.
Much of our work with teams involves customized processes and events. We also deliver several standard training programs.
