Our consultants have partnered with several clients in the development of curriculum to support organization leadership during times of rapid change, including NASA, KeyCorp, Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, National Bank and Trust Company and the National HIV Leadership Institute.
"Leadership Challenge", one of our standard adventure programs, is a unique approach in learning to lead high performance groups, offered in a choice of one, one and a half, or two day outdoor settings. A 360 Degree Performance Feedback process is an optional component.
Our consultants deliver classroom programs in support of effective leadership such as "Driving Vision Into Action", "Fundamental Management Skills", and others. In addition, we provide one-on-one coaching to help individuals develop their leadership potential.
